How to Access Reports from Quint Dashboard

The UrbanPiper platform provides multiple ways to extract data reports which help you understand more about your business. These reports can be downloaded from the Reports section in the Quint Dashboard. 

Here are the steps below to access Reports:

Step 1: Log in to Quint

Step 2: Go to the Analytics section and select Reports.

Step 3: Once you click on reports you will be redirected to the Summary Reports page. In the summary reports page, you will see different types of reports on the left-hand side of your page under the Select Report section.

Step 4: Select the Report and fill out the filters and time period as per your requirement.

Step 5: Click on Email Report


Step 6: Enter the respective email id in which you wish to receive the report.

Step 7: Click on Send

Step 8:  Check your email account as you will receive an email from UrbanPiper which will have the link to download the reports you have requested from Quint.

Step 9: Click on the link to download the Report.

Please find below the different types of Ordering reports available on Quint:

  • Order transaction report: This report provides a list of all order transactions across different channels. Details include the order total, sub-total, taxes, charges, payment type, customer, and others.

  • Item-wise order transaction report: This report provides the item details against every order placed in the selected time interval. This report does not include those orders for which online payment transactions were not completed. Details include the order ID, customer ID, item ID, item quantity etc.

  • Item summary report: This report lists out the summarised data of items that have been sold across different orders. This report does not include those orders for which online payment transactions were not completed. Details include item ID, quantity sold, amount, and others.

  • Order status transitions report: This report gives you detailed information on all the status transitions of all the orders placed for the selected time period. It lists out the state transitions for every order received in the selected time interval. Details include the order ID, previous state, new state, and others.

  • Customer-wise order summary report: This report provides the customer-wise aggregated summary of orders in the selected time interval. Details include customer Id, name, total spent, number of orders & days since the last orders.

  • Store action report: This report lists the various actions that were performed on the state of a store. These actions could be any one of — enabled, disabled, sync and merge. The data set lists out the columns related to the store, action, aggregator platform, user who initiated the action, the application through which the action was performed.

  • Webhook relay failures report: This report provides a list of request failures experienced while relaying a new order or the status update for an order. Details include the type (order, status update) of the webhook, request status code, request payload, etc.

  • Menu snapshot across all stores report: This report lists out the item associations and attributes like price and availability across all stores. (NOTE: the data for this report cannot be filtered. Selecting a filter value will have no effect).

  • Active external platform discounts/offers report: This report lists out the active discounts/offers that have been configured for business. (NOTE: the data for this report cannot be filtered. Selecting a filter value will have no effect)


Please find below the different types of Loyalty reports available on Quint:

  • In-store purchase transactions report: This report provides a list of all the in-store purchases. Details include the customer details, amount, discount, store details, POS operator and others

  • Customer-wise purchase summary report: This report provides the customer-wise aggregated summary of in-store purchases in the selected time interval. Details include customer Id, name, total spent, number of purchases, days since the last orders & last purchase date.

  • Prepaid transactions list report: This report provides a list of all the in-store prepaid transactions. Details include customer ID, name, amount, transaction type, bill number, store name, store id, and others.

  • Prepaid transactions user stats report: This report provides a list of all the in-store prepaid transactions. Details include customer ID, name, amount, transaction type, bill number, store name, store id, and others.

  • Customer-wise wallet balance report: This report provides a list of the customer with their closing wallet balance. Details include customer ID, name, wallet balance, and others

  • Points transactions report: This report provides a list of all points transactions. Details include id, customer id, name, points, transaction type, store id, and others.

  • Customer-wise points balance report: This report provides a list of the customer with their closing points balance. Details include customer ID, name, points, and others.


Please find below the different types of General reports available on Quint:

  • User signups reports: This report provides a list of all the users who have signed up in the selected time range. Details include customer ID, name, email, phone number, signup location, signup channel, and others.

  • Feedback transactions report: This report provides a list of all the feedbacks given in the selected time frame. Details include customer ID, name, rating, feedback choice, comments, and others

  • Online payment transactions report: This report provides a list of all the online payment transactions. Details include transaction ID, gateway name, gateway txn ID, amount, customer ID, name, and others.
