The UrbanPiper platform provides multiple ways to extract data reports which help you understand more about your business. These reports can be downloaded using the "Download CSV" option available in certain pages within the Quint dashboard, or, through Custom Data reports that can be requested from the support team or configured as an Auto-generated report.
Quite a few of these reports might have columns related to the customer. In general, we always include the customer's name and a unique identifier (User ID). We do not include the customer's contact information like email ID or phone number in the custom reports.
Should you have a need to correlate the customer data in the report with the customer's contact info, you can do the following:
- Go to the Analytics → Customers → List section of Quint.
- Click on the "Download CSV" button above the data table.
- This report has the columns for "Email" and "Phone" included, along with the ID of the user.
- Now using this Customer List report and your custom report, you can use the VLOOKUP functionality in a spreadsheet (like Excel) to get the customer contact info in your custom report.
